ROBOPLANET innovates in aircraft maintenance support
ROBOPLANET, in partnership with the Defense Innovation Agency (Agence de l'Innovation de Défense), is developing an innovative technology to optimize the maintenance in operational condition (MRO) of aircraft thanks to ultrasonic sensors and automated reports.
In 2019, ROBOPLANET was selected by the Defense Innovation Agency for its semi-autonomous robot equipped with ultrasonic sensors — capable of automatically detecting defects on aeronautical parts and generating inspection reports. This project aims to optimize MRO operations by delivering speed, precision and cost reduction, meeting the demanding requirements of the aerospace sector.
