IP_68
In-service tank floor inspection, without draining
The IP68 NDT Crawler is designed for in-service inspection of fire water tank floors on petrochemical and SEVESO sites, without draining. Equipped with UT sensors, a C-Scan arm, cameras, sonar and a sediment brushing system, it performs a complete floor integrity inspection without interrupting operations.
Zero confined space entry
Inspection performed remotely, with no operator exposure inside the tank.
Complete UT inspection
A-scan, B-scan and C-scan with a 300 mm scanning arm for integrity monitoring.
Tank kept in service
No draining required and no operational shutdown for fire water reserves.

Designed for fire water tanks
An IP68 immersed solution designed for regulatory tank floor inspections, especially on petrochemical sites, SEVESO facilities and fire water reserves.
Extended IP68 immersion
Immersed magnetic crawler designed to operate underwater, down to a depth of 20 m.
300 mm C-Scan arm
5 MHz UT sensor combined with a C-Scan scanning arm to map tank floor thickness.
Sediment brushing
Brushing system designed to clean up to 5 mm of sediment and ensure proper UT contact.
Onboard vision
HD cameras, LED lighting and live display to support navigation and inspection.
Navigation sonar
Sonar module for sediment mapping and navigation support in immersed environments.
Automatic reports
Datareport generates reports and A-scan, B-scan and C-scan analyses from acquisitions.

Zero draining, zero operational shutdown
The crawler inspects fire water tank floors without emptying the tank. It addresses the constraints of industrial sites where operational shutdowns, loss of availability or confined space entry are critical issues.

A-scan, B-scan and C-scan for integrity monitoring
The system combines a dual transmit/receive UT sensor, a 300 mm C-Scan arm and software processing to display, record and process thickness measurements in real time.
